gourmet gurus was the creation of the two "gurus", Executive Chef's Paul French and Jason Powell.  The two originally collaborated on a large national conference and The need for a dedicated catering operation was recognized.   As such the minds & skill sets matched perfectly to bring about "Gourmet Gurus" Master caterers.
